We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area. The delivery fee will vary depending on the location of the city. We can provide you a quote upon your initial inquiry.
We provide play areas for both indoor and outdoor venues as long as there is an adequate, clean, dry, flat and safe space to set up. If the weather is unsuitable or too hot, we will require a shade or can add on a canopy with your package for an additional $55.
We take tremendous pride in the cleanliness of the service we provide. All of our playsets are disinfected with the "Honest" cleaning products, created by celebrity, Jessica Alba. It's a plant based biodegradable formula that is safe for babies and kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria. You can rest assure your event is in great hands!
We check the weather forecast leading up to your outdoor event and if it appears that rain or strong winds is in the forecast, we will reach out to you to discuss other options for the play area. If an alternate location can't be found, we will be able to reschedule and/or refund your deposit.
We accept payments only through Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle.
Cancellations must be requested and confirmed at least seven (7) days prior to the event date. Any balance already paid will be transferred to a future reservation. Deposits are non-refundable.
